Cats, because i'm lazy and they can look after themselves most of the time.
I'd say cats. Cats were considered royalty in ancient egypt. For another, cats don't need walking, can be just as affectionate as dogs, and tend to require less activity but can still play for a long time. Cats tend to have much more varying behaviors than dogs, and are pest control. Cats, in my opinion are smarter, they don't eat their own fesis, but both eat their own puke on occasion.
Dogs. Rather have a python than a stupid cat.
Dogs they are protective can be trained to be good with kids while usually, cats claw them. Also, dogs grow more attached to their owner than most cats. The dogs usually mourn a loss of their human and can protect their owner while cats don't they'd just either avoid a criminal or beg it for attention.
Dogs, because there better
dogs you cant do anything with a cat!
Cats all day, you dont have to walk them out in the rain and snow, they dont poop or pee on your floor, no chewing your shoes, they dont bark, they arent needy. I love dogs, but they are a lot of work to raise them right, you have to walk a dog 4+ times a day for a loooong walk, to get energy out, they need to be trained etc. Cats just poo in a litter box and play with a ball, i love that they dont demand attention.
Dogs. But I like cats too. No hatred for either.
Love dogs, but they're soooo much work to train and make sure you're home to give them exercise and let them out. I spend less than 5 minutes a day feeding my cat/scooping his litterbox and he hangs out with me. Depends on your lifestyle I suppose.
dogs....i have a natural plus developmental dislike for cats
