Send them an e-mail stating that it is poor customer service not to honor their promise of a "free" trial and demand a refund. If they do not refund you, use their service 24 hours a day, then cancel again at day 28. Then tell EVERYBODY their "free trial" is a lie. And be sure to delete the account and the bank number from the account.
You need to read the conditions. Sometimes the free offer is for a limited period. Otherwise, cancel the paymrent with your bank.
We don't know what you are referring to but you should refer to the terms of this free trial.
LOL - if you HAVE to give them your atm or credit card number, it is NOT a free trial. Don't be so gullible.
They all do that. Netflix is famous for never canceling after you contact them to stop the trial.
You need to contact the company where you got ripped off from. If you used a credit card, then close that card, or else they will continue charging the card.
There is a deadline for cancellations.
You sometimes have a deadline for the end payment so even though you've cancelled it the payment runs to the day you started it. Also if its an annual payment they often add 50% final payments till your full year is up. Meaning you pay 50% when your not even using the sofwtare
You send them an email and state your concerns. Most companies are good about it and will fix it real quick.
Send a letter with proof that you cancelled before the deadline. Then dispute the payment with your bank.
