I only ever had Starbucks coffee once. If I was a homeless person I would frequent an outlet that actually sold real coffee....and probably at a cheaper price. Starbucks I went to coffee was so weak, it was like they had just passed a single coffee bean through it. Of course, that is just my personal opinion as a consumer.
Yes. Best place for them. Coffee shops are there to keep undesirables like the homeless and coffee drinkers out of Wetherspoons, where decent people go.
The homeless can buy something but they cannot panhandle or bother other customers. They wouldn't be allowed to loiter. I don't know their written policy.
