Should heterosexuality be criminalized? Is it fair to criminalize your happiness and your opposite gender desire? Would it be fair to criminalize heterosexuality you wanting to be with the opposite gender? I think YES if you want to try to criminalize my happiness because your religious beliefs say so then I should be able to ban heterosexuality too.

No, because for one you can't help who you're attracted to or how you identify, and also it doesn't hurt anybody else so there's no reason to make it illegal.

Only homosexuality between men should be criminalized. There is a reason why gay men are more likely to get aids. Because they are not supposed to be doing it.

Two consenting adults. No harm done. There are people that think its a crime when women don't cover their face. In Japan, it's illegal to be fat. Interracial marriage would get you stuck in jail in Alabama til 2000. Race, creed, color, sexual orientation: none of these things should ever be considered a crime.

Homosexuality is a feeling that cannot be controlled; why would anyone choose to be a minority that faces constant discrimination? Love is love, and it should not be illegal.

Transgenderism is a different type of feeling; it’s not towards other types of people, but towards yourself. If you were unhappy with yourself, should you not be allowed to be happy? If people are allowed to do harmful things to their bodies, how come transgender people should not be allowed to do something harmless to themselves?

Besides transgenderism and homosexuality, there are other sexual orientations and genders that people oppose because they find them “weird”. Asexuality and gender non-conforming are less heard of examples, but they face the same discrimination.

Everything related to the LGBTQIA+ community is mentality; it cannot be controlled, and if you suppress those feelings you can end up feeling depressed, suicidal, etc. Overall, it should not be criminalized.

Homosexuality, yes. It is vile and immoral behavior. Trannies are mentally ill and deserve help and not jail.
