Can a Skinny person eat McDonald's to gain weight?

I know it is unhealthy, and there are other choices out there... but first let me say.. I am 20, and 5'9 @ only 102lbs

See my problem? I am trying to get to 140lbs, while working out just pecs and abs.

I'll be eating McDonalds 2-3 times a day along with plenty whole foods... other than health issues, would the McDonalds cause any issues with muscle mass/tone?

yes

Certainly no . I am skinny too . But I hate fast food . It's unhealthy , and yes you are going to gain weight , but all are ' unhealthy weight ' . Like fats . It's pointless . Besides .... you will end up having some illness like heart problems etc .

bad diet, wrong myth. Not to eat Mc just wanna to get weight, if u want to get weight,PLS consult a doctor

Drink more beer.

How 'bout this diet?

Steroids
Raw egg whites
Whey Protein
Chicken breast
Rice
Veggies
Chili
Cottage cheese
Nuts
and lots of ganja!

Definitely no muscle mass lol.
Greasy food will make you look deformed. Just work out and eat properly.

Skinny people should still eat healthy foods in order to put weight on. Beef, chicken, fish, eggs, low-fat milk, low-fat plain yogurt, cottage cheese, fruits and veggies, whole grain carbohydrates, and healthy fats.

No you'll turn skinny fat like me lol. One thing I suggest is to eat protein. Real lean meat based foods or eggs and cheese etc.
protein powders or protein shakes help too and replenish to help your muscles grow. Some supplements are expensive to buy so look online for the right kind. Depends on what you get though.

Working out with weights is probably the second most important into gaining weight the natural healthy way.

Never just binge on food or junk food. That's not good. You can be skinny and still have weight problems or your body fat percentage will just increase leaving you with less muscle and that's hard to workout out if you're unfit.

Look online for wanting to gain weight the right way. There's websites that can give you a amount of daily macros you need to consume to gain weight.

Again DO NOT EAT JUNK FOOD to gain weight. You could but it'll leave you with cholostreral problems or can get you heart disease.
You could just gain a belly and not anywhere else.

I guess but it's not healthy

A calorie is a calorie. Doesn't matter where it comes from, if you have more calories than you burn off then you will put on weight. When bodybuilding you want to eat clean. You don't want to eat a lot of empty calories like McDonalds and donuts. You want to eat food that is healthy for you and gives you a good balance of protein, carbs and fat. 300 calories from donuts if mostly fat/ carbs and won't help much with building muscle. 300 calories from chicken with carbs will be good for building muscle and is more healthy.
