Renting house that's foreclosed?

Ok so me my husband and my newborn just moved into a gorgeous home we paid landlord $1900 to move in its a 3 bedroom with patio pool master bedroom fireplace buffet kitchen it's so girgeous. We've been here 2 mintgs and neighbors have been looking at uhhhe strange we thought maybe it's cause were black l. We only o at landlord $950 a month my husband came home to find on one of his letters someone wrote, "7 Gilmore drive is in foreclosure public info" the furnace has been broken and it's freezing 'lllandlord Saud he was gonna fix but haven't geard from him in a week. My concern is what's going to hapoen to us I'm a stay at home mom I don't want to be put out with my baby.

until you are given a notice to vacate you are alright
lots of houses are in foreclosure but until the bank makes its move to take the house over obviously you are able to remain
the owner is probably pocketing your money and that is his problem but you shall eventually also have the problem of finding another place to live

you need to look into county records for the status of foreclosure and who now owns the property...
you either need an attorney, or free legal aid center to understand your rights under federal law, and if any state laws apply...
this is for clark county, nv... your location may have a similar procedure
and nevada law information, but you need your own state laws, if any

try actually asking local educated adults for actual info locally...
here you need to get packing back up...
here once banks take the house, u got 30days b4 forced move out...
banks don't need to replace repairs anything...
get educated locally
