Neighbor has 8 cars(subleasing rooms) with 4 garages none parked in and they park 2 or 3 of them in front of my house. What are my rights?

unless you own the space they are parking in then there's nothing you can do about it... if you do own were they are parking then you can call the police for trespassing... if it is a public street then you do not own the space in front of your house & you cannot stop anyone from parking there...

your rights? you have no more "right" to park outside your house than anyone else... if his cars are legal to be on the road he can park them anywhere it's legal to park...

you got the right to park in front of his house, smile and wave... you have the right to block him in... and the right to remind him any neighborhood can have bad elements wink wink smh... he should really park in his garage... there's been some vandalism lately...

you probably live on a public street, so unless they are blocking your driveway or other access to your home, you are probably out of luck... you might check what your city's codes are regarding subleasing rooms in a residential area; that might be worth the trouble...
