among all these, there's only one about which you can ever be 100℅sure/certain and that is consciousness! any other could be a part of awesome illusion/trick! the room you are sitting in, the city you live in, the universe you perceive to exist, could actually exist all i'm your mind...

but you can never question existence of consciousness, it's existence is self evident!
