Is this "face and body scrub" okay for my skin?

My mom is a teacher, and she was given some home made beauty products from a students mother. My mom doesn't use some of the stuff, so she gives it to me. I've never had a bad experience with any of the mother's products (lip balm, bath salts, and a lotion), but I don't know if the scrub is okay for my facial skin. I have combination skin (oily nose and some of my forehead, dry everywhere else) and acne, and the ingredients in the scrub are exactly as follows, in order: white sugar, epsom salt (magnesium sulfate), avocado oil, organic lemon and sweet orange essential oils, zest of organic lemon, lime and orange. Some of these I've heard are good for acne. But are all of the ingredients safe for use on my face?

I'd probably stay away from putting it on my face because your skin is very sensitive compared to your body which the salt can be very harsh which can tear at your skin. Also, the avocado oil comedogenic rating is 2 meaning it can clog your pores a bit if you have acne prone skin.

You could try it, all of those things are good for the skin and have been used to treat acne, there seems to be a lot of citrus in the scrub so it may irritate your face a bit if you have sensitive skin. Give it a chance if it burns you can still use it one your body.
