A female dog got into my nondesexed male dogs yard and is pregnate- who is at fault?

My yard is secured, but we have milk crates stacked against one wall which i suppose she climbed on. She is a JRT so i guess she is good at it. My dog is a Pomeranian. Her owners want me to pay for all of the puppies expenses when they are born, but i dont want to.
What do i do?

theirs... they chose not to fix their dog... and let her out to roam around free... tell them no your problem... that is why you have a male dog...

"my yard is secured" meaning your dog was not running around... if the lady dog is running around, then it would have visited numerous other male dogs...

lol, they can try...

1... your dog was contained
2... their dog was not under their supervision and was out roaming when in season...

it's not your fault... it's theirs...

if it is sure that their dog got into your yard, it's their problem for not keeping their dog out of your yard.........
