Do you ever put your jeans in the washing machine?

You hear so many different opinions on how you should treat jeans. Some people say it is fine to put them in the washing machine and the dryer, some people say the washing machine is fine but alway line dry jeans, some people say never EVER put jeans in the dryer or the washing machine and instead put them in a plastic bag in the freezer if they start to smell and to kill germs and if they get a stain only stop clean jeans.

i wash and dry my jeans in my washer and dryer... always have... i wear mostly lee and wrangler... no problems...

wash them in the washing machine in cold water...

been washing for 40 yrs... wash in washer... use cold water if you want... if i don't want them shrunk...... i only partially dry in dryer then hang up to finish to drying...

i've put mine in the washing machine since day dot and it has never hurt them at all...
